The first pilot group
Pilots install Digital Adam on their own phone. That phone holds the core experience. They run it locally. They give fast, honest feedback. They stress-test the memory layer.

Looking after a parent
The vision is Adam as a son or daughter who looks after their parent: reminders for medicines, appointments, and meals, and noticing before being asked.

Digital Adam is software only. The phone is the primary install, and it carries the core experience. No new hardware needed to join the pilot.
